If you combine this variety with the very mild climate that permits to climb from the beginning of spring to late autumn it is obvious that climbers in Arco will never be alone.

In Levico Terme the beneficial and curative effects of the unique thermal water has been used for many years. The ferriferous and arsenical water rises at 1,500 m above sea level in the rocks of the Dolomites.

Skiers are always fully exalted when they see the offers and routes of the Sellaronda. No wonder, because probably it is the most famous ski carousel in the Dolomites, comprising a whole day full of varied slopes for every taste.

The first fortification on this hill was built already in Roman times and in the later castle there resided for many years the prince-bishops of Trento. Today in the Castello del Buonconsiglio there is housed a museum dedicated to the history of the region, showing numerous collections of art, culture, music and religion.
